GMSHAY serves as Interior Designer for Canopé, a 162-unit market-rate multifamily development by Narrate Holdings in downtown Colorado Springs.Positioned at a prominent corner with direct access to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Weidner Field, and an ever-growing mix of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, Canopé is designed as an urban playground that celebrates connection and active living. The podium-style project includes structured parking, street-level retail, and a range of resident amenities including a pool deck, fitness center, and clubhouse. As Interior Designer, GMSHAY is shaping the building’s identity through vibrant, cool, and contemporary interiors—bringing the lobby, amenity spaces, and units to life with finishes that foster a dynamic balance ofwork, play, and wellbeing for residents.
